Lead cross-channel visual design and UX to launch onsite experiences for and Amazon Home, Amazon Wedding Registry, and Amazon Move.

Applied user-centered design thinking of customer experiences by gathering existing data to predict user needs. Ideated on solutions through sketches, wireframes, information architecture, visual design, and prototypes. User tested, reported, and rapidly iterated designs based on test results to execute design solutions.

Designed data-driven and bar-raising editorial web site designs for onsite Amazon Home and Lifestyle campaigns. Executed CX of traffic driver designs and onsite/offsite banners. Designed social campaigns for Amazon Home Instagram stories, and Pinterest.

Contract Senior Visual Designer | September 2016-April 2018

Designed and art directed strategic online and visual merchandising campaigns for Microsoft's retail brands including Windows, Xbox, and Surface. Executed guidance for landing pages, product display pages, brand showcase pages, comparison charts, social media sites, emails, and banners.

Partnered with channel/brand leads, creative directors, producers. Mentored and lead junior designers and production team. Built campaigns from concept to completion. Produced sketches, whiteboards, wire frames, digital customer journeys, lo-fi to high-fi mockups, and final release files.
